Quality Control Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished plastic bottles to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Testing and Analysis: Performing various tests and analyses on plastic bottles, including dimensional checks, leak tests, and other quality assessments. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of quality control tests, inspection results, and any deviations from quality standards. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Process Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. Defect Analysis: Investigating and analyzing defects or non-conformities in plastic bottles, determining root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration with Production Teams: Working closely with production teams to communicate quality requirements, provide feedback on quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Calibration of Equipment: Ensuring that all testing and measuring equipment used in quality control are properly calibrated and maintained. Quality Audits: Conducting internal quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and industry standards. Customer Complaint Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, coordinating with relevant departments to implement corrective measures. |
